Fondazione FAIR is a non-profit organization established to champion a culture of safer and more conscious gambling where every player feels protected and supported. Its mission is to advance research, education and practical tools that help prevent problem gambling by placing Responsible Gaming at the center of industry change. The foundation facilitates informed dialogue among industry stakeholders, researchers, psychologists and public institutions to promote transparency, safety and well-being in the gaming environment, responding to the growing need for accountability and protective measures across markets.

Managed by a Board of Executive Directors and a Scientific Committee composed of experts in psychology, research, communication and consultancy, Fondazione FAIR drives study, innovation and shared best practices in safer gambling. Open to contributions from civil society and sector stakeholders, the foundation serves as a forum for discussion, evidence-based strategies and collaborative action aimed at creating healthier, safer, and more sustainable gaming ecosystems for all enthusiasts.
